The league revelation, Negele Arsi, has renewed the contracts of three of its existing players.
Led by coach Tulu Desta, Negele Arsi finished second in the Ethiopian Premier League in their debut season after promotion. Today, prior to signing new players, the club renewed the contracts of three existing players.
The players who extended their contracts are:
- Rohobot Selalo, the towering former central defender of Sodo City and Nekemte City.
- Dawit Tefera, the former midfielder of Jimma Aba Buna, Sidama Bunna, St. George, and Ethiopia Medhin.
- Aleynta Markos, another former midfielder of Hambericho Durame.
